A few months back I shared with you some pretty pillowcases I made inspired by an image I found on Pinterest. That image came from a lovely blog called Scrum Dilly Dilly.
I have spent a lot of time reading her blog, and I love it, it’s gorgeous. One thing she does is share photos of her bed, every month, with a different array of beautiful pillowcases, vintage bed linen, crocheted throws and pretty bedspreads. I am captivated by them! (The following images can be found on her website and I urge you all to check it out)
She usually accompanies the monthly post with a craft project or seasonal decorations or some hand made art displayed on the wall above her bed. So beautiful!!!
I’m so obsessed that I have decided to share with you a monthly “bed post” (see what I did there?).
Here is my very own Scrum Dilly Dilly inspired bed for September!
That’s a lovely combination of textures and colors. I love the woven blanket and lacy coverlet together.
Thanks Nancy! I had a lot of fun pulling this together. I normally hate having to change the sheets, but this made it a creative and artistic enterprise instead of a boring chore!!!
